Oxygen-increasing equipment for ceramic roller kil

In 2018, our company implemented the oxygen-enriched energy-saving technology transformation on the ceramic roller kiln (187m) of a floor tile ceramic enterprise. The average unit consumption of the project kiln producing "800*800" antique bricks was reduced from 1.98m3/m2 to 1.73m3/m2, the comprehensive energy saving rate reaches 12.63%. It saves more than 620,000 m3/year of natural gas for the company each year, and the energy-saving income is nearly 1.9 million yuan/year. At the same time, the emission reduction effect brought by energy saving is also very significant, especially the obvious reduction of NOX, which greatly reduces the pressure and economic expenditure of flue gas treatment for enterprises.
